Connecting to AirPennNet with Windows Vista
From Provider Wiki
Important note: this page may contain information which is outdated or obsolete.
Important note: This article documents the configuration steps for an obsolete version of SecureW2. It's recommended that you install the University's supported 802.1X supplicant, SecureW2 Enterprise Client, which needs no additional configuration.
Microsoft's next version of Windows, Windows Vista, has implemented a new interface for connecting to wireless networks. In particular, the wireless management has been changed to increase security and allow connection to a greater variety of networks. The most recent version of SecureW2 works natively with Windows Vista.
Before the most recent revision, a number of betas were released. Be sure to uninstall older versions before installing and using the most current product.
