All University faculty and staff members are able to view the listings by logging onto the website with their PennKey. Currently, only TAC holders can post listings and bid on or purchase the items. TAC holders can also designate people to post or bid on their behalf, by sending an email to benattic@exchange.upenn.edu, copying the senior business administrator, and requesting to add the designee to the list of approved persons. Questions or comments about the site can also be sent to that email address.
