Welcome to Provider Notes, ISC Technology Support Services' wiki for Local Support Providers and other IT staff at Penn. This site is meant to consolidate and provide a central location for various "best practices" from across the University of Pennsylvania.


IT staff at Penn are invited to join in by posting new articles and/or by using the discussion area of each page to provide feedback, corrections, suggestions, etc. about any of the topics you may find on this site.
