Web Client for Zimbra

Introduction

This document provides instructions for accessing ISC's Zimbra server for email, calendar and contact access

Instructions

  1. Launch your web browser of choice
  2. Navigate to http://zimbra.upenn.edu
  3. Enter your PennKey and Password
  4. Make sure that the Zimbra Collaboration Suite radio button is selected
    • Note: You can enter the Account Services application for your account by selecting the Account Services radio button at this point.
  5. Click Submit
  6. In the Account drop-down menu, select the account you are logging into.
    • If you have rights to multiple accounts, you will see a list of accounts in this drop-down menu
  7. For the Client drop-down menu, leaving the default selection is appropriate for most users
    • Mobile users should use the Mobile selection, as this chooses a mobile optimized version of the Zimbra web client for mobile devices.
  8. Click Login
